This document outlines the steps to efficiently configure group settings in the SIGNandGO admin panel, ensuring proper signature assignments for users.
1. Access the Groups Tab

- Navigate to the Groups tab in the SIGNandGO admin panel.
- This is where you will manage user signatures.
2. Create a New Group

- Click on the option to create a new group.
- Assign a name to the group for easy identification.
3. Set Default Signature

- Click on 'Default Set'.
- Select 'Select Signature' to choose the signature for the group.
4. Choose Signature from List


- A list of signatures created under the Signatures tab will appear.
- Select the desired signature to assign to the group.
5. Configure Filters for Signature Assignment

- Use the filters to enable selection based on user parameter values.
- This allows for targeted signature assignments.
6. Manage Users and Groups

- In the Users and Group section, use the 'Include' option to add email addresses manually.
