This document provides a step-by-step guide for creating and editing email signatures using attribute values within the SIGNandGO administration panel.
1. Access the Signatures Section

- Navigate to the signatures section in the SIGNandGO administration panel.
- Click on the option to create a new signature.
2. Choose a Signature Template


- Select a signature template from the available options.
- In this example, a ready-made HTML design is used.
- You can also create your signature using options such as gallery and table
3. Access Attributes Options

- Click on the Attributes options to view available attribute values.
4. Copy Desired Attribute Value

- Double-click on the attribute value you wish to use to copy it.
5. Paste Attribute Value into Signature Template

- Paste the copied attribute value into the desired area of your signature template.
6. Use Extension Attribute Values (if needed)

- To use extension attribute values, write the full name of the attribute with double curly braces at the beginning and end.
7. Edit Font and Style

- Customize the font, style, and other properties of the attribute value in the editor.
8. Name Your Signature

- Assign a name to your signature for easy identification.
9. Activate the Signature
- Ensure that the signature is marked as active.
10. Save the Signature

- Save the signature to add it to the list of available signatures.
