This document outlines the steps to schedule signatures and groups in SIGNandGO, ensuring that team members can easily follow the process.

 

1. Accessing Signatures

  • Open the SIGNandGO admin panel.
  • Click on Signatures to view existing signatures or create a new one.

 

2. Creating or Editing a Signature

  • To create a new signature, click on the Create New Signature button.
  • To edit an existing signature, click on the pen icon next to the signature you wish to modify.

 

3. Activating Timing Option

 

  • Click on Settings for the selected signature.
  • Activate the Timing Option.
  • Set the Start Date and Time for when the signature will be active.
  • Set the End Date for when the signature will no longer be active.
  • Click Save to apply the changes.

 

4. Setting Scheduling for Groups

 

  • Click on Groups to manage signature groups.
  • To create a new group, click on the Create New Group button.
  • To edit an existing group, click on the pencil icon next to the group you wish to modify.

 

5. Activating Group Scheduling Feature

  • Click on the right arrow on the screen that opens after selecting the group.
  • Click on Settings for the group.

 

6. Configuring Group Timing

  • Activate the Timing Option for the group.
  • Set the Start Date for the group signature.
  • Set the End Date for the group signature.

 

7. Saving Group Settings

  • Review the settings you have created for accuracy.
  • Click Save to apply the changes for the group.

  • Ensure that the start and end dates are set correctly to avoid any scheduling conflicts.
