How to Make the General Signature Optional

This document explains the steps to make the default signature optional, allowing you to enable or disable it at any time.
Step 1: Access Signatures

- After completing the installation of SIGNandGO, log in to the admin panel with your licensed user.
- This is where you can edit the signature settings.
Step 2: Edit General Signature

- Click on the option to edit the general signature.
- Here, you can update the draft signature as needed.
Step 3: Save Changes to Signature

- After making any updates to the signature, ensure you save the changes.
Step 4: Access Settings

- If you wish to make the public signature optional, go to the Settings section.
Step 5: Activate Optional Signature

- Activate the option that allows the default signature to be optional.
- By keeping this option enabled, you will disable the general signature.
Step 6: Finalize Changes

- Save the changes made in the settings to finalize the process.
