1. Log into the Admin Panel

- Use the email address of a user with an admin license to log in.
- Ensure you have the necessary permissions to create a signature.
2. Access Signature Options

- Click on the 'Signature' option in the admin panel.
- Select 'Create a new signature' to begin.
3. Choose a Template

- Browse the email signature template options in the gallery.
- Select the desired template for your signature.
4. Edit Images

- To add an image, either:
- Copy the image and paste it into the designated area.
- Drag and drop the image into the area.
5. Adjust Image Dimensions

- Click on the image button to modify width and height.
- Set the width value as needed and save changes.
6. Create Signature from Scratch (Optional)

- Click on 'Add' to create a design from scratch using tables.
- Choose the desired table format and paste your image into a table cell.
7. Set Table Dimensions

- Adjust the dimensions of the image within the table cell.
- Set the width value and save changes.
8. Add Attributes



- Click on the 'Attributes' option.
- Double-click on the desired attribute value to copy it.
- Paste it into the desired area using Control + V.
9. Use Existing HTML Code (Optional)

- Click on 'Tools' and select 'Source Code'.
- Paste your existing HTML code in the opened window and click 'Save'.
10. Name and Activate Signature

- After adding your signature, give it a unique name.
- Activate the signature and save the changes.
